We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Penetration Testing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a Penetration Testing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of penetration testing services to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business: Identify and pursue potential clients who would benefit from penetration testing services. Utilise various lead generation methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct sales presentations: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our penetration testing services to potential clients. Conduct compelling sales presentations, both in-person and remotely, showcasing our expertise and tailored solutions to address clients' security concerns.
Understand client needs: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, industry-specific challenges, and security requirements. Consult with clients to identify their pain points and recommend appropriate penetration testing services that align with their needs.
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts: Collaborate with the technical team to prepare comprehensive and tailored proposals that outline the scope of penetration testing projects, timelines, and pricing. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and insights on cybersecurity best practices. Proactively address any client concerns or issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity, particularly in penetration testing. Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline activity, and progress towards goals regularly. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or related IT services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
