PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and developing Pega applications: You will be responsible for creating technical designs and developing Pega applications based on client requirements.
- Leading development teams: You will be leading teams of developers, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring that best practices are followed.
- Collaborating with business analysts: You will work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Providing technical leadership: You will be responsible for providing technical leadership on Pega technology, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conducting code reviews: You will review code and ensure that it is in compliance with Pega best practices and standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues: You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the development process.
- Participating in project planning: You will work with project managers to develop project plans and ensure that they are executed effectively.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation: You will create and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Providing training and support: You may be responsible for providing training and support to end-users and other developers.
Experience and Qualifications (Desirable):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Working experience is a must as a Pega developer.
- Advanced understanding of Pega PRPC 5. ...
- Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Salary
The position offers an annual gross salary from GBP 30000 to 40000 depending on experience.
