Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain experience in a primary school, working with EYFS children to help speech and language development?

Would you like to work in an ‘Outstanding’ primary school, prior to either teacher training or an educational or clinical psychology course?

If so… this Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role is for you!

*** Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
*** £350 - £400 per week
*** September 2023 - July 2024
*** ‘Outstanding’ primary school, Edgbaston
*** 1:1 support to a child in Early Years Foundation Stage

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be tasked to work on a 1:1 basis with two children with Autism. These children in someone who is enthusiastic and has the patience to provide for all their needs. A psychology graduate with a passion for the development of language would be ideal, as these children are hard of hearing.

The school is based in the Ward of Edgbaston, which caters for Edgbaston, Harborne, Quinton and Bartley Green. Even bus routes from Smethwick would work well for this opportunity. Being deemed ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED, This school has fantastic support for graduates looking to kick-start their career in either education or educational psychology.
