Purpose
To ensure that all weekly paid employees are paid on time ensuring transmission is made via BACS as appropriate.
Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
Nature and Scope
The Payroll Administrator is part of the HR team and reports to the Payroll Manager.
Key relationships with department managers, Finance, and IT.
The role will require the Payroll Administrator to spend most of their time at the Orme Street site. However, business meetings, off site training and other visits will form part of the role.

Principal Accountabilities
Steelite International Limited
· Ensuring all employees are paid accurately and adhering to the pay deadlines.
· Ensuring all reporting is done in a timely manner.
· Carry out daily payroll tasks such as holiday calculation, applying deductions and processing statutory payments.
· Supporting the Payroll Manager with all deadlines and Year End tasks
· Ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
· Put accurate information onto the system and support the Payroll manager in any additional information that may be required.
· Maintain accurate records for Starters and Leavers
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
William Edwards Limited
· Input all Clock Cards onto Tensor – weekly.
· Run monthly reports as appropriate.
· Administer pension arrangements through Scottish Widows.
