Shearer Associates are partnering with a well established manufacturing business looking to find an Accounts Assistant that has some payroll experience . The successful candidate will be working closely alongside the Finance Manger in a friendly team.
Your duties will include :
- Sales Ledger which includes invoicing, raising credits, processing orders
- Assist with sending monthly pricing
- Reconciling bank accounts weekly
- Sales Ledger reconciliations
- Support for Control and Purchase Ledger
- Manage SAGE, add new hires and update
- Manage weekly hours from both sites to review and approve any queries, upload report and process in Excel
- Administer pension assessments
- Support employees with queries
- Process payroll and issue payslips
Skills and Abilities:
- Great communicator, both internal and external
- Attention to detail, accuracy and speed

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
