This is a permanent, full time vacancy that will close in 18 days at 23:59 BST.
The vacancy

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Hybrid working

The role


We are currently looking to recruit a payroll administrator to join our payroll team.

Within the role you will provide accurate, complete and timely data entry, processing and maintenance in the payroll system. Other areas of responsibility include working closely with employees and the business in providing quality support, advice and query resolution.

What we’re looking for


The essential requirements for the role include:


Knowledge and experience of:


  • Payroll-related functions and responsibilities
  • Complex payroll/HR systems (desirable)
  • Financial/payroll controls and safeguards (desirable)
  • Confidentiality and data protection practises (desirable)


Qualifications and training:


  • Payroll Technician Certificate (PTC) via the CIPP, or equivalent (desirable)
