We are looking for a HR Assistant to join the Payroll and Pensions Team at SOAS University of London.

About the Role
The HR Assistant – Payroll and Pensions works in the HR Payroll and Operations team, supporting the payroll team. They support the delivery of their operational function, monitoring inboxes, entering information onto the HR systems, undertaking basic payroll calculations and upholding service standards. They also provide staff and managers with information and guidance on statutory requirements, payroll and pensions procedures and practices and identify and implement improvements to current working methods.
About you
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of delivering effective customer service, providing advice about process and policies and resolving payroll and pension issues. You must be organised and be able to manage and prioritise your workload. Previous experience working in payroll and pension is not essential, but an understanding of procedures and practices would be an advantage.
