Salary: £45,000 pro rata

Hours: 3-4 days per week

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Group Payroll Manager to join our Finance team.

What you’ll do

Working from home, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the monthly payroll. You will develop excellent relationships with Management Accountants, Heads of Business and Managers to ensure that all payroll information is submitted on time for payroll processing, including the submission of monthly commissions. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll compliance in relation to the Company’s statutory requirements, and preparing reports for the Finance team.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will preferably be a qualified Payroll Manager with demonstrable experience of managing payrolls for over 350 employees. In addition, you will have: -

  • A sound knowledge and understanding of legislation pertaining to payroll processes and PAYE
  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail
