Job description
· Responsible for maintaining accurate employee files on the HR management system.
· Maintenance of the HR Dropbox
· Manage the [email protected] in a prompt and efficient manner in line with Service Level Agreements
Payroll:
· Ensure all payroll administration and documentation is completed and recorded on file for all employees.
· To ensure employee hours of work are accurately recorded and processed in line with the various rotas.
· Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages.
· To provide payroll information to our payroll processing supplier.
· Assist with the preparation of employee rotas.
Recruitment:
· Prepare and amend recruitment documentation including recruitment packs and job descriptions.
· Ensure all vacancies are advertised online and in relevant publications.
· Collate advert responses.
· Conduct all pre-employment checks including Right to Work Documentation, and record these on the HR management system.
· Arrange candidate interviews and produce relevant interview schedules.
· Arrange venues for conducting interviews.
· Assist with Interviews as required.
Offers of Employment:
· Prepare, amend and issue Offers of Employment
· Request and follow up references.
· Ensure all necessary employee paperwork and documentation is returned and recorded.
· Ensure starters form is returned, and information recorded.
· Ensure all employment Policies and Procedures are designed in the standard format
Onboarding:
· Conduct ‘Welcome’ calls
· Prepare any documentation required for compulsory training dates.
· Attend training dates as required.
