What you will be doing:
- Corporate and purchase card administration including processing of applications, limit increases, changes to personal information and refund requests for Europe.
- Customer support on corporate cards including password resets and reviewing reasons for decline.
- Monitoring, communication and blocking of overdue accounts for the corporate cards.
- Personal usage monitoring and forwarding of cases to Employee Relations.
- Review of corporate card hierarchies and Merchant Category Codes assigned.

- You will be customer focussed, committed to service delivery, have excellent communication and analytical skills, and a can-do attitude. The ability to work contending priorities to tight deadlines is essential.
- Microsoft Office skills are preferred with Excel at basic to intermediate level. You role requires the use of pivot tables, v-look-ups and macros.
- You should be capable of acting on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team in a busy and demanding environment. Time management and prioritisation will be key skills to ensure service level targets are always met.
- Adopt a process improvement mindset to all aspects of the work.
