About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a part time Payroll Administrator for our payroll team working Wednesday 1.30pm - 5.00pm, Thursday & Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
The role will be responsible for assisting in the processing of the PDSA monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and contractual terms. You’ll be maintaining employee records to ensure they satisfy internal and external auditors at the same time as ensuring all processes are actioned accurately & timely. You’ll also provide first line advice on all payroll related matters to employees and line managers.
About you:
This will require you to have a minimum of 2-3 years payroll experience with knowledge of statutory deadlines and relevant legislation. You’ll also have GCSE Maths & English grade A-C, experience of MS office & using a database with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information
