About the role and our team
Join our team as a Construction Worker / Paver Operator within the Department of Infrastructure!
In this role, you will be working as part of the Project Delivery team and contributing to the delivery of all elements of highway refurbishment.
This role will be primarily focused on carriageway resurfacing as part of the paver team but will also include general construction, kerb laying, setting ironwork and drainage. We also operate a 24 hour emergency response service which you will become an active participant following specialist training.
You will be working to deliver some of the Islands highest profile construction and resurfacing projects. If you are interested in the role, we’d love to hear from you!

A full valid driving licence is required for this role. Personal Protective Equipment will also be provided.
