My Emergency Doctor is currently seeking to add additional Patient Support Officers based in the UK. The Patient Support Officer Role is the first point of contact to My Emergency Dr and acts as the link between the caller and the doctor.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with colleagues and management team.
- Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly.
- Keeps on duty Shift Leader informed of activities and significant problems.
- Completes research and resolves documentation errors or discrepancies. Forwards more complex problems to the Operations Team Leader
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Assists other departments as necessary.
- Performs related administration duties as needed.
- Keeps work area clean, secure, and well maintained as per Occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous call centre and admin experience
- Quiet office space with no interruptions or background noise
- 2 computer screens
- Reliable fast internet
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary: £12.00-£22.00 per hour
