Together serve a population of around 350,000 people.What you’ll be responsible for:· Provide first point of contact for complainants, people seeking PALS support and staff in relation to complaints, concerns, comments and compliments.· Provide a full and confidential support to the Patient Experience Team.· Provide an easily accessible service that listens to patients, their careers and families and offers support, help and information to resolve their concerns and enquiries as quickly and effectively as possible.· Ability to direct the PALS issues onto to the PALS officers in order of urgency.· Ability to record, chase and place information onto the designated system used by PALS – DatixYou’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times3.
