Job description

Montefiore New Rochelle, a community based hospital which is part of the Montefiore Health System, is seeking Nursing Technicians/Patient Care Technicians to join our team.

Job Duties Include:

• Take and record patient's height/weight, health history, and vital signs including blood pressure and blood drawing and EKG's.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Respond to patient call lights
• Assist patients with mobility, transport
• Assist with activities of daily living

Education and Requirements:

• Graduate of State Certified Program and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technician program or hospital program.
• EKG/Phlebotomy/BLS Certification required
