Job description
Care Response 24/7 are recruiting experienced Home Care Workers to support our clients in East Renfrewshire (Giffnock, Thornliebank, Clarkston, Eaglesham, Netherlee, Barrhead, Neilston, Busby and Newton Mearns) YOU MUST BE A DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO A VEHICLE.
Shift times: 8am-1pm, 4pm-10pm or 5pm-10pm (full-time and part-time hours available)
Shift patterns: 4 days on/4 days off, Weekend on/Weekend off.
Hourly rate: £14PH
Mileage: 0.45 per mile
The role
- To provide or prompt full personal care
- To administer or prompt medication
- To promote and encourage independence
- To complete relevant paperwork
- To move and assist service users
- To liaise with clients and families when required
- To attend social activities/appointments
- To support with meal preparation

What we require from applicants
- You must have the right to work in the UK – we do not provide sponsorship
- You must be able to provide two professional references
- You must be willing to join the PVG scheme
- You must be willing to register with SSSC
- You must be willing to complete all training, both online and practical.
