BioID Health is a developing nationwide remote medical provider of Bioidentical Hormone Therapy. This evolving and innovative new field of medicine treats the symptoms of hormone deficiency by mimicking the effects of natural hormone production. Our clinician-led treatment pathway uses unique and tailor-made bioidentical hormones to treat symptoms of low or imbalanced hormones in both men and women.

BioID aims to provide a safe, effective, and exclusive bespoke service with consultation and prescription of bioidentical hormones by specialist clinicians. BioID offers full and comprehensive training to its employees so a pre-existing knowledge of hormone replacement therapy is not mandatory.

What is the Patient Administrator Role?

As BioID is a remote medical clinic, the Patient Administrator role is a remote, working from home position. The successful candidate must ensure that they have a suitable environment for speaking with patients and working from home permanently.

We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic Patient Administrator to assist in delivering our vision and strategy as part of our remote service. You'll handle administrative tasks for the Clinic Manager and the clinicians at BioID, liaising with patients, entering data accurately, managing client phone calls, and planning meetings.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you'll also provide input and ideas for further developing our processes and services, enabling BioID to provide safe, effective care to our patients.

Duties

  • Handle administrative tasks for the manager(s) and clinicians and reply to patient emails
  • Organising and scheduling patient consultations via multiple business software platforms
  • Organise, run and manage any outbound calling campaigns to patients
  • Performing data admission tasks and updating patient records and databases
  • Managing client phone calls and replying directly to new patient enquiries
  • Assisting in the preparation and population of regularly scheduled internal reports
  • Liaise with clinicians to handle requests and queries from senior manager(s)
  • Update and maintain contact lists and patient data
  • Log feedback, comments and complaints at a 1stline level
  • Plan meetings and take minutes when required by manager
  • Attend meetings as directed

Skills/Qualities/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and internal software
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
