The Role Requirements:

The prestigious Marco Pierre White Steak House Bar Grill Restaurant at The Cube in Birmingham is looking for FB Assistant's to join the team. Situated on Level 25, our restaurant can cater for 200+ covers and in addition boasts a roof top terrace, a cocktail bar, three diverse events spaces and 360-degree panoramic views over the city.

As an FB Assistant you will have the ability to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

The ideal person will be a team player with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position, will have a great personality and a “can do” attitude.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth and successful dining experience is delivered to our guests at all times.
  • Deliver all food and drinks to guest tables.
  • Be a true team player – be proactive in helping colleagues across different departments and roles.
  • Ability to manage a table section with little supervision ensuring guest are tended to in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge on menu items and current promotions in order to be able to recommend and communicate offerings to the guest to enhance experience.
  • Ensuring kitchen and all appropriate personnel are informed of any guest special requirements and allergens.
  • Attending punctuality and immaculately presented.
  • Ensuring brand standards are always met for great service delivery.
  • Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
  • Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to theses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Showcase a welcoming, professional, warm and bubbly personality!
  • Be an expert in handling all guest feedback positive and negative.
