Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at one of most Prestigious Venues in London.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods to delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a range of desserts and pastries, including cakes, tarts, and pies
• Create new and innovative pastry dishes that reflect the season and local ingredients
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies on hand
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Proven ability to create a range of high-quality desserts and pastries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
