Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Face challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
- Follow safe food handling practices and procedures
- Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment
- Understands the importance of teamwork
- Operates equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications and department safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with a wide cross-section of the general public with enthusiasm and energy, while working under a variety of pressure and extremes of temperature
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand when to take appropriate action in guest service situations
- Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the entirety of scheduled shifts, during various weather conditions
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Support a 7 day a week operation, including evenings, weekends and holidays
