Nova Health Care professionals are looking for support workers and health care assistants to work with a range of caring clients. We are looking for people who share our values and can support the elderly to live the life they want to live.
We are currently recruiting for friendly support workers to work with individuals who require support and assistance to live as independently as possible whether this is providing support in peoples’ own homes or via our outreach services. The level of support can range from 8 hours per week to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All you need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to help
- Experience is desirable but not required
- A passion for caring for others
- Strong “can do” attitude
- Care certificate is needed however, if you don’t have this, we are happy to provide ALL the training and qualifications need to become a great support worker
· An enhanced DBS is also required for this role, which we will process once you join our team
