We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced and confident Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated team, ensuring high quality pastoral care for our students.

All About You
Do you have what it takes to join us? The Pastoral Manager we would like to join us will be:
- Experienced in working with children and young people in schools.
- Committed to building effective relationships with parents and students to support behavioural improvements.
- Able to liaise with external agencies as well as internal staff and teams.
- Committed to their own professional development.
- An excellent communicator and able to deal sensitively with difficult situations.
