Six Company is an established hospitality company that operates 13 restaurants and one bakery across the UK and Ireland. With a successfully proven digital presence, we’re now looking to further this focusing on new areas for our business and are looking to add a creative layer to our talented team.

Scaling up our activity on TikTok and Instagram Reels, we’re looking for an enthusiast to pioneer our presence and pioneer all of our brands on these functions. We're on the hunt for a quirky and confident creator to help us personify our brands, adding a new layer to our social media game.

If you’re creative, outgoing and have a passion for the food industry with a knack for making viral videos, then we want to hear from you. This is a fully remote position, so you can join us from anywhere in the world.

The Role:

As a Social Media Content Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing always on and reactive content creation across our brand channels.

Your duties will include developing a content strategy for social media that aligns with our brand goals and our ongoing wider marketing and campaign strategies.

On top of this, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to build new audiences on platforms such as Tik Tok.

Your goal is to create a blend of discovery content that can help new audiences really understand the processes, passion and the uniqueness of our offerings whilst creating content that is constantly on trend and re-active to day to day changes in our business and wider world.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other team members and designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity for all brand campaigns and key content pillars.
• Create engaging and viral TikTok and Reel videos that resonate with our audience
• Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas to increase our brand awareness
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and best practices to ensure we're always ahead of the game
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our TikTok account
• Be part of wider marketing creative and planning process by developing new ideas on a forever changing 6 week cycle
• Part of the creative and strategy engine for how we grow our our social communities
• Developing existing content strategies and creative campaign ideas from a social and leading on social delivery across campaigns
• Execute and deliver content as part of a brands always on strategy - showing new learnings and growth across KPIS

Skills

• 
  Proven experience as a TikTok / Reels Creator, with a strong portfolio of successful videos
• In-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to think and create reactively to trends and on the pulse moments
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
• Demonstrable flair and creativity in social media storytelling.
