This is an exciting opportunity to join Publicis Health as a Finance Analyst. You’ll be working as part of our Finance team and key managers in our UK agencies and working directly on-site within the agencies, based in London. The main purpose of this role will be to provide commercial, financial and operational support to the agency and to the Senior Commercial Analyst.
- You will be responsible for financial and client reporting and maintaining a strong commercial focus across financial operations.
- Supports the commercial team with the month-end process and reporting cycles, and the preparation / review and accuracy of monthly accrued and deferred revenue calculations and balances.
- Supports in determining revenue recognition and forecasting (PC sheets) and preparation for monthly mid-month revenue and month end revenue meetings.
- Assists Account Handlers as required with SOWs and Excel spreadsheets
- You’ll have prior experience in a similar position
- We are ideally looking for experience of working within a marketing/advertising /creative agency or similar industry
- You’ll have very strong excel skills
- You will have a love for data and reporting
- You will be able to work under pressure or to tight deadlines
