The Glasses Specialist/Designer Glasses Boutique in an online designer glasses and sunglasses website, the website has been running for 10 years and grows year on year. The website main focus is to offer great products and outstanding customer service, which can be see through the customer reviews on the website.
The Role
You would be dealing with customer queries via the telephone and online channels – with the aim of delivering friendly, helpful and efficient service. This will include using our website's live chat to deal with customer queries instantly.
Processing customer orders
Inputting orders onto the systems and taking payments
Packaging products
Regularly checking on orders and communicating with the customers to advise them how their order is progressing
Adding new products online and removing discontinued products
Keeping our Social Media channels up-to-date
Key Experience, knowledge and skills
An excellent eye for detail with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Confident telephone manor, you will not be cold calling just receiving calls from customers
A can-do attitude
A reasonably fast typer and you know your way around basic software, like Word, Excel etc.
An excellent communicator. You should have a great way with people both verbally and written.
Reliable and proactive to completing those extra-mile jobs where the detail makes all the difference.
Able to work on your own initiative
Good planning and preparation skills
Time management
