Choose your challenge – Party Host
As a Party Host it’s key that you are able to multi-task, plan ahead & remain organised to ensure our customers get the most out of their experience & that we work like clock work to time. You’ll be resoponsible for setting up & cleaning down your party room, meeting & greeting guests, serving food & drinks, assisting parents with additional food & drinks orders, keeping the room clean & tidy throughout… but most importantly, you’ll be making sure everyone leaves with adrenline kicking.
Your daily missions
- Prepare & set parties you are assigned to on shift
- Host the party & ensure the children & parents have a stress free, unforgettable experience
- To engage with the birthday Ninja & all guests to create an unforgettable experience
- Lead the activities in a safe & controlled manner providing tips, tricks & guidance
- Serve food & drinks to guests
- Continuously maintain party room cleanliness
We’re all on the same team, so you will also support your fellow Ninja’s with;
- We take Health & Safety as seriously as we do our experience, so you will continuously monitor Health and Safety across the venue
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service
- Watch out for misbehaviour on the course, and responsibly address this
- Contribute to the smooth running of the café/ reception
- Serve on reception desk as required
- Take and check bookings
- Answer telephone/ reply to booking enquires
- Take cash and cards payments
- Provide excellence in customer relations giving guidance and support
- Sell branded items at reception
- Issue coloured wrist bands
- Maintain cleanliness throughout day
- Assist in cleaning at end of the day including vacuuming park and cleaning wash rooms.
- Make PA announcements
Your Ninja allies
- Work closely with other Ninja team members through being true to our values & supporting one another with whatever challenges throughout the shift .
- Work closely with the Elite Ninja’s (that’s our Supervisors & Managers) to ensure our missions for the day are achieved
- Work closely with the Instructors in provision of classes
Ninjutsu (experience/skills/qualifications to non-Ninjas)

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
