What’s the Job?
Reporting into the Partnership Manager for Football, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of some of Castore's key club and athlete partnerships.
In collaboration with the Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of each partnership, maintaining a proactive relationship to deliver an excellent service & maximise our return on investment.
As well as developing great relationships with our partners, the Partnerships Executive will work in collaboration with key internal departments/stakeholders to drive the right opportunities/projects forward, with the aim of meeting our objectives.
What will I do?
- Assist the Partnerships Manager with maximising the ROI on a portfolio of key team and athlete partners.
- Work closely with other key departments within the business to support partnership delivery.
- As the key point of contact for partners, you’ll maintain an excellent and pro-active relationship with partners, ensuring we capitalise on any opportunities for the brand.
- Responsible for developing activation plans for partners, leveraging all contractual rights and tailoring this plan to partner specific objectives.
- Main day-to-day contact and relationship manager with selected team partnerships for marketing & activation.
- Keeping up with industry trends and standards, with being innovative at the forefront of your thinking.
- Maintaining a proactive relationship with your partners, including regular updates, catch-ups and site visits.

- Responsible for delivering contracted partnership rights with your teams/athletes.
What skills and qualities will I need?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous experience within the Partnerships or the sports sector (desirable)
- Commercially minded and an ability to understand business needs
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy with a high workload
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to change and new ways of working
- Organisationally proficient and able to develop efficient processes for working
- Better Never Stops attitude
