The Role and the Team
Our partnership team manage the relationship and the lifecycle of our partners from introduction through to onboarding, and support them throughout their journey to provide valuable, timely and welcome offers to our members.
We’re looking for a Partnership Relationship Manager to join us due to growth. In this role you’ll work closely with external and internal stakeholders to develop and maximise the relationships with existing key partners.

What You’ll Do
· Account manage the national retailers for designated categories
· Build relationships through speaking over the phone and meeting in person
· Plan marketing activity and any seasonal discounts
· Use a data inspired approach to demonstrate the benefits of Blue Light Card and up-sell the company and brand
· Manage contract renewals and renegotiation of commercials
· Work collaboratively with other departments to fulfil the account strategies
· Be tech savvy and confident navigating a high spec CRM
What You’ll Bring
· Previous experience as an Account Manager or transferable skills from a sales background
· Proven success in relationship building
· CRM system knowledge (we use Dynamics 365 here)
· Good data analysis and Excel knowledge is desirable
· Affiliate marketing experience would be a bonus
