We are helping an established medium-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy as their grow their architectural team in London.
Off the back of very successful year, in addition to strong pipeline of future work, they are looking to make a strategic hire into their London office.
The Architectural Partner / Director is an exciting opportunity to inherit a successful team whilst also shaping the culture and practice as the office grows. The Partner will also be part of the UK-wide senior leadership team, having input on company-wide decisions.
The Company
Our client are an established multi-disciplinary consultancy of 200+ people and several offices across the UK. Their projects span most sectors with most of their recent work being focused in the residential sector.
The Requirements
The London Partner / Director of Architecture will be/have:
- An experienced architect with circa 15 years of experience
- Experience of operating at a senior / management level within an architecture practice or multi-disciplinary consultancy. Associate/Associate Director/Director or equivalent
- Experience overseeing projects in a Revit/BIM environment
- Significant experience working on UK-based residential projects and excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience leading projects, client facing, managing junior members of staff and an interest in growing a team
