Part-Time Training Administrator - VR/26848
We are delighted to be supporting a reputable client with their search for a permanent addition to their Training team. This is a great opportunity for someone IT savvy with a training and administration background who is looking to work a reduced week (30hours/4days).
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintaining training records.
- Monitoring expenditure on licences and ratings and reconciling invoices.
- Booking internal and external training courses.
- Supporting inductions and travel.
- Onboarding new starts.
- Supporting queries and service desk tickets.
- Stock control for training office supplies.
- Producing and reconciling monthly training stats.
- Approving training invoices in SAP.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience within a Training role (highly desirable).
- Strong administration skills.
- Experience managing databases.
