Excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a fun, adrenaline packed atmosphere at Xtreme Karting’s 5 star karting Centre at Larbert, Falkirk! Applicants must be aged 16+ Position Available: Part-time Receptionist – based on 12-16 hours / week.
Salary Band: £Min wage + dependant on experience.
Tasks & Responsibilities include: Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting / welcoming customers into the centre. Signing customers in, telephone booking’s / email enquiries. Selling karting / combat sessions, confectionary, catering preparation. General cleaning of the centre / kitchen / toilets. Managing the reception area. Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers.
Key Skills required: Working in a fast paced customer facing environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to cope under pressure. Basic computer skills to assign customers / reading indemnity forms to ensure safety standards are met send emails etc. Ability to accurately record information and pass on to relevant department.
The successful candidate is required to deliver excellent customer service, have a hands on approach, the ability to learn new skills, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx. 12-16 hours per week, working midweek evenings (usually from 6pm - 10pm) and weekends (varying times from 9am - 10pm). Before applying please ensure that these shift patterns would not cause an issue.
