Checkwells is a leading residential property inventory company based in Central London, operating across the capital. We provide best-in-class inventory check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections to our estate agent clients.
The Role
We are currently seeking experienced inventory clerks to join our team on a part-time/flexible basis.
You will be responsible for conducting in-person inspections of properties, accurately documenting their condition using our specific format that includes photos and comments. You will be working with inventory software.
Compensation
- You will be paid per job, which will be based on the size of each property.
- Bonus payment awarded for hitting job targets
- Earning potential is excellent (£150+ for a full day's work)
Requirements
- Candidates must have experience as a residential inventory clerk in London
- This position is for a reliable candidate requiring flexible working hours
- Should possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Experience with an inventory app (if this is Inventory Base even better)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inventory check-ins and check-outs in our clients' properties
- Compile inventory reports via our in-house software, ensuring accuracy
- Manage orders, dates in/out, and reconcile orders and goods against initial property inventories taken
- Attend all appointments on time and ensure keys are returned to the Property Managers at the end of the day
