We are growing at pace and need new talent to join our steep trajectory.The Role:“Become a valued creator/contributor.”We are seeking a highly perceptive, enthusiastic, and driven individual who is passionate about design to become a valued team member. You will work closely with all aspects of the personalised product creation side of the business, from designing the image files for personalised products using the adobe programmes right through to the final product creation.Updating existing product templates with customers required personalisation details and uploading to a central server ready for creation using Adobe Illustrator and other systemsPrioritising and sorting customer orders across various sales channelsUndergo training to use different equipment necessary for creating orders, such as various heat presses, printers, sanding equipment and laser cutters.Assisting the order Packing department when requiredWorking closely with the team to ensure all customer orders are designed to deadlinesProcessing orders and answering customers’ requestsAbout you:Essential:Must be observant and will be able to demonstrate their attention to detailTeam player and can communicate effectively.Ability to work in an organised mannerUse your own initiative as well as follow directions and work efficiently to specification.Computer based and practical skills when creating customer orders.Desirable:Competence with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopWhat we offer:Salary and pension schemeTraining and career developmentPositive work environment with rest areas and refreshmentsParkingHolidaysJoin us on our success journey!Job Types: Permanent, Part-timePart-time hours: 16 per weekSalary: £5.28-£10.42 per hourExpected hours: 16 per weekBenefits:Casual dressEmployee discountOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftAbility to commute/relocate:OAKHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 23/10/2023
