We are currently looking for an Entry Level HR/Office Assistant for our London office. Here at Khoros, we think the Office Assistant is the unsung hero! You are the go-to person for ALL things and also happen to know everyone’s name!

Success in this role means that our London office is working smoothly every day. You create a positive workplace with your personality and make sure that your office feels like a great place to work at.

Office Assistant’s tasks include:

  • Day-to-day tasks in the office including H&S in all our European location
  • Administrative HR/Office tasks and support
  • Organizing internal social events
  • Running our monthly All Hands meetings, EMEA Slack channels
  • Communicating with suppliers & working very closely with IT
  • Working together with your global team (India, US)
  • Identifying opportunities for processes and office management improvements

H&S in EMEA
