Responsibilities
- Processing of orders using Access database
- Collating information for Sales Engineers
- Logging and monitoring incoming enquiries
- Answering and filtering incoming calls
- Liaising with customers to update on
- Data collection and data input
- Filing, photocopying, scanning
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Previous experience within an administration support role
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel with
knowledge of formulas
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail
Working Location/Environment
Coventry
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday - Flexible Start time - 4 Hours per day
e.g. 10:00 - 14:00 or 8:00 - 12:00
