We are a luxury sexual wellness company operating for 17 years around the world under the brand name JeJoue. We are a tight-knit London-based team with additional offices in NYC and China. As our marketing function expands, we are now on the hunt for a part-time Marketing Executive to support the Head of Brand and Marketing in growing the brand and delivering the annual marketing plans. This is a dynamic role in which you will work across multiple marketing disciplines as well as get to learn about B2B communications and product development.
This role is very varied and would suit someone who is a generalist marketeer, open to learning and experiencing a range of marketing channels. The role would suit a graduate looking to develop their experience or a generalist marketeer looking for part-time hours. We are a small and passionate team, we have a relaxed and friendly culture, and we punch above our weight in terms of output. We trust each other and are always supportive and have fun along the way. Our offices are based in Farringdon and this role is for 3 days per week (Tues, Wed and Fri). We work in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office (Tues and Wed) ideally, we would like 2 days in the office with one working from home. However, for the right person we would be flexible so please let us know of any requests when applying.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Brand in developing and implementing the annual marketing calendar, from ideation to execution
- Support with the social media schedule, creating content in Canva / or briefing external designers for campaigns
- Support with content creation including digital marketing, product packaging, trade show collateral, photography, and videography
- Managing the weekly email marketing comms for our UK, US, and EU databases within our email marketing platform
- Creating and outsourcing our blog content
- Managing web shop merchandising for UK, US, and EU sites
- Weekly marketing reporting – creating reports and circulating results
- Supporting our trade team with their marketing requirements, from trade show collateral, trade publications, and partnerships across various marketing disciplines
- Setting up and managing our trade B2B CRM comms
- Support with new product development from research, packaging development, and supporting point-of-sale materials
Requirements
- Marketing degree OR previous marketing experience - this person needs to have an interest in marketing and wants to do great work
- Social media knowledge and experience, someone who has their finger on the pulse with the latest trends and movements and is proactive at suggesting new ways of doing things
- Excellent literary skills
- Digitally savvy
- A strong desire to learn
- An open mind, willing to work in a unique sector
- A bonus would be experience in Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, and Google Analytics – if not don’t worry we can show you the ropes
