Part-time Administrative Assistant in the Interior Design Department Office
Profile:
- General office tasks – filing, phone calls, paperwork, processing payments
- Maintaining our book control system and keeping sample book prices current
- Keeping suppliers pricelists up to date
- Responsibility for updating fabric Excel database
- Additional tasks as required for holiday cover
The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be proficient in Excel, have good communication skills and a team player.
