  • General office tasks – filing, phone calls, paperwork, processing payments
  • Maintaining our book control system and keeping sample book prices current
  • Keeping suppliers pricelists up to date
  • Responsibility for updating fabric Excel database
  • Additional tasks as required for holiday cover

The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be proficient in Excel, have good communication skills and a team player.
