Job description
About Us
Cottage Team is a family run business that offers a range of services for holiday cottage or second home owners in the Derbyshire Peak District,
Our aim is to deliver the very best level of service to our cottage owners and their guests alike. Within this industry, little things make a big difference. We don’t like wonky pictures, we don’t like broken light bulbs, we don’t like crumbs under sofa cushions…
We’re going through an exciting growth period at the moment and want the right person – or people - to join and grow their career with us.
About the Job
This is a developing role as Cottage Team grows and the successful applicant becomes experienced. The job is primarily working in small teams of 2-4, cleaning and presenting cottages (inside and out) to a high standard, and with the potential to become a team leader within 18 months.
The job works out of Sheffield travelling to the cottages each day.
Tourists visit the Peak District all year round, with Friday, Saturday and Monday the most popular days for cottage changeovers, between 10am and 4pm. Obviously, this includes Bank Holidays.
The job is part time – guaranteed 18-24 hours/week - with additional hours available for the right person. A full, clean, driving licence is essential, although own transport is not as we provide the vehicle to be driven to the cottages.
Experience of housekeeping/ cottage cleaning is not essential as full training will be provided.
