What we are looking for
- Plenty of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" attitude
- A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Able to upsell and promote products to our visitors
In this varied role you’ll be the first point of contact for our explorers, offering a warm welcome, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. Working in the admissions or retail area, providing excellent customer service to every visitor. You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit.
This is a seasonal contract, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Our attraction is open daily, so flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
