Strategy and Planning
- To develop a comprehensive and proactive strategy for the Data and Insight team which ultimately embeds a thriving data culture and increased data maturity within Advancement.
- Work with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders to evolve the culture to become more data-led, evidence-based, including presenting to boards, committees, etc.
- To oversee the delivery of operational plans in support of the overall Divisional strategy, goals and KPIs, ensuring implementation on time and within budget, managing conflicting priorities and problem solving as necessary.
- To work in close partnership with fundraisers, alumni relations and events colleagues across the Division to identify new requirements and opportunities for Data and Insight to enhance approaches, provide support, determine the best course of action and drive change through data and insights.
- To devise and implement metrics and reports to monitor team KPIs and data quality, monitoring progress/trends and regularly reporting to the Advancement Senior Team.
- To implement remedial action or new programmes to address issues identified through the monitoring of metrics.

Salary: £80,499.00-£88,127.00 per year
