About you
- You will support the Director of Food & Beverage and Hotel Manager in overseeing the Restaurant operations
- Ensuring that all colleagues deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service
- Ensuring that colleagues also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate in line with the Medallia targets
- Ensuring that the Restaurant activities are aligned with the Purpose and the Strategic priorities
- Maximising colleague productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests, bearing in mind a healthy work-life balance
- Ensuring that the Restaurant operates with efficiency while delivering on the brand promise to the guest
- Supervising colleagues within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.
