Key duties and responsibilities
· Deliver IT Service and Support corresponding to the Global Support Team Service Level Objectives and KPI reporting as agreed upon with IT Management and the business teams.
· To assist in the implementation of the IT strategy
· To be an active member of the IT team working with users to identify issues and consider solutions
· Tracking of technical support cases within provided Service Management application and ensure adequate ticket classification.
· Supporting all hardware including desks, printers, meeting room & conferencing facilities
· Supporting technology & software build, test and deployment activities
· Responsible for administrating IT Inventory in line with company policy to ensure that all IT equipment is recorded for all staff.
· To provide new users with training on company systems as necessary
· Liaise with third-parties and ensure outsourced specifications are developed and implemented appropriately.
· To assist in identifying IT processes that fall outside of the Group Strategy and where appropriate and ensure suitable solutions are specified, developed and implemented.
· Compliance with corporate and regulatory audit best practices including maintenance of up to date documentation of IT Support/Account management processes / procedures and system support documentation.
· To produce, maintain & deliver according to specified project timelines
· To provide regular up-dates on the status of projects

· Insurance market ideally Lloyds of London Syndicate
· MS 365, Azure, Teams, Endpoint Manager, SCCM, MIM
· Service Now
· Palo Alto – Global Protect VPN

Required Education
· Profound IT Knowledge
· Certified by an acknowledged Information Technology education provider.
