Job Details:
- Working from a single location at a supported living service in Upton.
- Supporting 3 young females as part of a team.
- 41hrs per week over 3-4 days with 1 sleep per week. (on average over a 5 week rolling rota)
- Working 2 weekends in 5.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.

- We offer FULL TIME PERMANENT CONTRACTS.
- Fixed rolling shift patterns assigned to you so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis.
- There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, as we value a healthy work life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them.
- You will have access to lots of support from great managers and opportunity to complete an NVQ.
- Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
- You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
- The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
Salary: £24,225.00 per year.
