The post holder will be responsible for ensuring our members and guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. The post holder will also deal with membership and sales enquiries as well as carry out administrative duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests
* Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
* Able to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they arise
Costumer service experience is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
