Part Time experienced accounts assistant with Xero knowledge.
Flexible on work days
Responsibilities will include:
- Utilising Xero software to handle daily bookkeeping
- Reconciling bank & credit card payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Creating monthly management reports
- Addressing client queries and maintaining positive client relationships
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Monthly payroll
Nest contributions
- General administrative duties for the firm
Ideally you will have experience working with Xero software, and experience working within a firm of Accountants or bookkeeping bureau.
flexible on how part-time hours are spread throughout the week.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £16.50 per hour
