We’re looking for an outstanding Junior Designer to join Sky Creative Agency’s Key Art Design team

Reporting into the Design Director for Key Art, this is a junior role working across a variety content. You’ll be concepting, visualising and delivering key art for use on platform, social channels and OOH campaigns!

What you'll do:

Develop new and unique design that pushes our brand forward.
Provide effective design solutions across print and digital
Ensure high standards of design are maintained at all times
Demonstrate a flair for design and craft.
Support the entire process of a project; including ideation, production, shoots and post-production
Work independently and collaboratively with the team across multiple projects.
Work alongside Planning and Account Management to build presentations and thoughts to sell the work.
Support the rest of the Advertising Design team.
Perform highly against a clear set of agreed business and personal objectives

What you'll bring:

Excellent design skills – both conceptual and executional
A passion and knowledge of TV & Film
Proven skills in storytelling through imagery
A knowledge of photography/photographers and illustration
Evidence of your potential to create captivating imagery where the mood and tone is key
The ability to think and work across different media – Print, Motion, Digital and Social Media.
Proven design credentials
A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
Motion skills are a plus but not essential
Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way
A positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions.
Problem solving with high levels of personal motivation
Some years of experience help but if you’re up and coming and looking for your first big step, we want to hear from you.
