Job description
An opportunity has arisen in our London office. We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to bring empathy and amazing customer service to help resolve issues for our customers. This is a part time role - Monday to Thursday only. Hours 9am to 3:30pm. It is a hybrid position, and you would only be expected in the office one day per month.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate amazing practice in customer service
Deal with multiple enquiries at once
Assist customers in resolving queries
Prioritise and manage tasks effectively
Perform tasks with a logical approach
