About the job:
The role is suitable for highly professional, motivational and experienced teachers who enjoy delivering CPD to their peers. Individuals who want to make a difference by utilising coaching and mentoring skills within a train the trainer process which includes supportive reviews and quality assurance processes. Wider experience with T level delivery, FE management and the schools sector would also enhance the role
Your profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive teaching / training experience in the FE sector
- Developed leadership skills enabling the management of projects
- Significant experience of coaching/mentoring peers and others in an educational context
- Substantial experience in developing and quality assuring CPD materials
Information
CPD Trainer - Fixed-term until June 2024 - 3 days a week
Location - Remote
Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 pro rata
