SF Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a high growth business. Due to them continuing to grow they are now looking to recruit a stand alone HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join the business at an exciting time and be part of their success, who has previously worked for a high growth business.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (hybrid working)
Role
- Overseeing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, retention and policy development
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees and the SLT
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Lead on recruitment activities including collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and best recruitment strategies
- Developing induction programmes
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies
- Establish performance management systems and processes
Required
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Previous HR generalist experience, preferably in a high growth business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
