Job description
A L Robinson Building LTD is a small construcion company based in Stokesley.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible individual to work as a Bookkeeper within a well established family run company. You will work alongside a small team and therefore willing to undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software (Sage50)
- Paying contractor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Completing VAT returns
- Preparing and processing employee wages
- Managing employee expense claims
- Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
The candidate needs to have previous experience processing accounts using sage 50.
Flexible working hours and patterns can be accommodated to suit the right candidate, the 20 hours advertised is only a guide.
There are opportunities for the right candidate to take on additional roles within the company should they be suited to increase their working hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
